Agency Fee


All Better Homes’ properties advertised sale price is inclusive of our agency fee.

Transfer Fees


Your property should be registered or in the process of being registered with the Land Department prior to putting it up for sale. If not done, please contact your Developer and/or Land Department for applicable fees which would normally not exceed 2% of the sales price.

At time of transfer, the seller may be required to pay a Sale Registration Fee to the Land Department of 1% of the sale amount.

Additional finance discharge fees may apply if your property is currently mortgaged. Please check with your financial institution for more information. 

Documents Required


For individuals

  • Passports for all sellers

For a company

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Board Resolution Power of Attorney

For an overseas company

  • All of the above must be attested by the UAE Embassy. 

For all sellers

  • Copy of original title deed from Land Department or contract between seller and developer
  • Proof of all payments made to date or a completion certificate
  • Completed and signed Better Homes’ Terms of Business form

Note: Copies of documents are sufficient at time of registering with Better Homes but originals will be required at the time of transfer.
