When is the best time to visit Dubai?
A
Dubai offers all year round sun, with peak summers running from June through August. September to May is a great time to visit Dubai, as the pleasant weather makes the city a hugely popular winter-sun resort.

What kind of properties can I choose from?

You can choose from a wide range of ready to live in, fully furnished and self-catering apartments and villas in some of the most attractive residential districts of Dubai, such as Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah, The Greens, Emirates Living, Green Community, and Burj Dubai area.

If you are looking at a furnished hotel apartment, we are pleased to offer our Emerald Hotel Apartments in Oud Metha. With high living at low rates, the apartments provide access to all conveniences and are centrally located next to Dubai Health Care City.

How can I book a villa or an apartment?
A
Our website allows you to book online by sending us an email about the property you are interested in and completing the required fields. We will send you a reply within 24 hours or give you a call to confirm and answer any possible questions you might have.

When should I make my reservation?
A
You should make your reservation a minimum of 24 hours in advance. You are also expected to pay the security deposit and rental charges during the time of reservation.

How do we know when a property has been officially booked for us?
A
Better Stays sends you an email notifying you of your reservation. Our Property Administrator will show you around the property and acquaint you with the facilities and amenities available for your use.

How much does it cost to rent your properties?
A
Prices vary depending on the type of property you’re interested in booking. However, our prices are all inclusive and cover all bills including once a week cleaning and laundry services.

How much do I pay upon booking a property?
A
You would need to pay for the entire period of your stay upon booking a property.

What are the available payment options?
A
The available payment options include credit cards (only Visa and MasterCard and would incur a 2.75% charge). We also accept cash up to AED 40,000, manager’s cheques, and bank transfers.

What amenities do Better Stays properties come with?
A
Our short stays come fitted with all the modern conveniences you’d find in hotel stays, such as, satellite television, internet connection, state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool, steam and sauna, allocated covered parking, children’s’ pool and play area, and a fully equipped kitchen. However, these amenities are not standard with all properties, so be sure to check in advance what amenities your particular property comes with.

Can we book a property for less than a week?
A
The minimum stay period in a self-catered apartment is a week. The longer you stay, the more economical your rentals get. Should you wish to stay for a shorter period, we shall be pleased to offer accommodation in a furnished hotel apartment.

In addition to the rental, what other services does Better Stays provide?
A
To make your short stay last forever, we offer you complementary services, such as, car hires, babysitting, airport transfers, maid service, and private chauffeuring.

What happens if I want to rent out on an extended basis or buy the same property?
A
If you’re interested in leasing the same property for the long term or buying it, Better Stays can help facilitate that either way through our sales and leasing teams.
