ll today i'm stick to this areas and focusing mainly here, so you can call me Specialist for this areas for sure ! My main strategy of working is stick to the clients needs, first of all i understand the need of the client, after i'm giving the right advice on which area client should go, which tower and etc. all depending on the needs of the client. From the other side of the work dealing with the landlords i prefer to disclose all the details and finding the needs of the owner so he get the right tenant and right price in sales. Giving the advice's on the market situation and my personal view with the knowledge from different sources.
