Rajvir Kaur

Rajvir started out as a Client Liaison Administrator and soon took on the role of Senior Administrator. Today, three years on, she manages the role of an Administration Manager in the company. The biggest advantages of working in Better Homes, according to her, is being part of an organisation that is an industry first, where there is no dearth of growth and mentoring and where the management is always willing to support your career goals.

Jacqueline Salapare

Better Homes was Jacqueline's first employer when she was new to Dubai and started out as an Administrator. Three years on, she has moved on to bigger roles and today, holds the position as the Sales Administration Manager and manages a team of six. With a management that is always supportive of new initiatives and ideas, Jacqueline believes that for anyone looking at a dynamic career, there is no better place than Better Homes.
