Once a resume is short-listed for a particular position, the candidate is contacted by the Recruitment Team.
The following process then occurs:
- Telephonic interview – If a candidate is short listed, the Recruitment Team conducts a telephone interview. If a candidate is to proceed, he/she then moves on to the Assessment round.
- HR assessment – Here, the candidate is tested on his/her knowledge of the real estate sector and evaluated on the appropriate skill sets.
- Director interview –The candidate then meets with the HR Director. At this stage it is assessed whether or not the candidate would fit the role and organisational culture of Better Homes.
- Division manager meeting - The candidate then meets with the Division Manager where he/she gets an insight into the way the respective division functions. All technical and business related queries are answered in the meeting.
- Interview with the division head - This is the final step of the interview process. The candidate gets selected to work for Better Homes, after he/she successfully clears this round.
