Emaar’s New Project a Super-Tall Downtown Serviced Apartments in Dubai

Currently it has become the largest land and property Development Company in Persian Gulf region. Emaar’s areas of specialty include making property investments, developments and asset management services for education, retail and hospitality and healthcare sectors. The developer has number of completed and ongoing projects in various countries including Middle East, Europe, North America, Pan Asia, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, India, Pakistan, China, Turkey, USA, Canada and UK.


Especially in UAE, Emaar has built up several worlds renowned real estate property developments like Downtown, Arabian ranches, Dubai Marina and Emirates Hills in Dubai. It also has a world famous project of world’s tallest building (Burj Khalifa) in the city, on its credit. Recently the real estate property developer has announced to construct another super-tall The Boulevard serviced apartment in Downtown District. The apartment building will be 340 meter high with 63 storeys. It will be the second tallest building in Downtown area of the city after the world’s tallest skyscraper Burj Khalifa. The project is specifically designed to execute accommodation needs of Saudi visitors, who love to visit Dubai Mall for shopping. The building will also provide air-conditioned link for Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Metro Station. The Boulevard will be fulfilling the role of hotel and serviced apartment tower. The skyscraper will have 542 serviced apartments and 200 hotel rooms. Buyers can purchase apartments from 22nd September after setting up final prices. According to its developer, the project will be completed in year 2015. Architectural design of the building is developed by same British Architecture WS Atkins who has designed the Burj Al Arab Hotel.


The residential tower will be possessing lavishing five star residences, one to four bedroom apartments each offering stunning views of the world’s tallest building on one side and International Financial Center, whereas on other side residents can view skyscrapers of the Sheikh Zayed Road. Real estate investors, who are making investments in this project, are expecting good rental yields like past projects of same status.


This Boulevard skyscraper is the third project launched during the last six months. Other projects are also launched in Dubai. The first project is development of Greens district that was sold out in a single day. According to Managing director of Emaar Properties residential sales is on its peak during the first half of 2012. The rate has increased to 500% during this year as compared to previous years.
