Online Directory:

The Online Directory resides on the Better Homes website on the Preferred Partners tab. It is a listing of all Partner information, including company name, an overview and website and contact details.

This page is actively promoted through PR and other direct marketing initiatives, such as:

• As a footer on the Better Homes Welcome Letters, which goes to all clients registering an enquiry with Better Homes.
• As a footer on the Preferred Partner fortnightly newsletter, which goes to approximately 85,000 clients every two weeks.
• As a footer to the Digital Brochures downloaded by clients for information on specific units from bhomes.com or sent to prospective clients by our consultants.

Redesigned Print Directory:

• This new and improved print directory that will feature partners (along with company name, logo and website and contact details) who choose this marketing platform and will be distributed throughout Better Homes’ boutique offices, Open Houses and other company events.

Sponsorship on bhomes.com: 

 Partners can opt for sponsorship space in the leaderboard position (the title area at the top the page) of the Partners Directory Page and Advanced Search results page (residential and commercial sections). This is a strictly limited opportunity and offered on a first in first serve basis. 

• Our search result pages attract the highest volumes of traffic and hence, are great locations, to promote products/services.
• Please note that you must (at a minimum) fully subscribe to our annual online directory service to take advantage of our sponsorship offering.

Banner Advertising on bhomes.com:

• High visibility, cutting-edge and attractive banner spaces are available in a variety of locations on bhomes.com that receives over 4,000 unique visitors every day.

• Sent to our opt-in database of over 85,000 contacts weekly, our email campaigns are a great opportunity to promote compelling discounts/offers and services and offer unprecedented visibility.

The Lead Generator Program 

• This is a process to incentivise our real estate consultants to canvas and direct clients' details and immediate requirements directly to you.
• You can nominate the incentive in line with market offerings. We retain a small management fee from this incentive but the greater is received by the consultant.
• At the end of each month, we provide a list of leads directed to you, you advise the successful leads and final invoice amounts or referral fees. Then, in accordance with the agreed incentive, we invoice you for the successful leads.
• All referrals should be processed via Better Homes’ Preferred Partner Team.

Social Media Marketing

As the prevalence of social media continues to rise, we help Partners recognise the ways in which social media can help them better understand, respond to and attract the attention of their target audience.

By creating and managing ads on leading media sites such as Facebook, we help our Partners reach out to the right target audience and spread the word about a company, its products and services, dramatically increasing brand recognition and awareness.
