How can I qualify to become a Partner?

If you wish to become a partner, you will need to sign up for the Online Directory (this is a minimum entry requirement to the program). Better Homes also requires a copy of the trade license, proof of customer-centricity and leadership, an updated website and email address. Please fill out the online 'Become a Partner' form and our Partners team will get in touch shortly.

What does the Program entail?

You can choose from two Partner packages, namely, ‘Build Your Own and ‘One Stop Shop’. Please click here to find the package best suited for you. 

How many leads can I expect from the program? 

When visitors click on your web banners or company listing on the online directory on bhomes.com, they will be able to contact you directly. If you have opted for web banners and the online directory listing, you should expect to attract 3 - 10 additional visitors to your site a day. 

How can I increase response to my banner ads and drive more traffic to my site?

Compelling offers/discounts and clear and attractive messaging on your web banners increase chances of visitor traffic to your site. Better Homes’ Corporate Marketing team also assists with strategic copy writing and editing services to enhance the effectiveness of your ads. You can also opt for additional marketing tools to enhance brand awareness.

What is the difference between the Partner Directory tool and the Lead Generator Program? 

The Directory (online & print) and other tools, such as, the sponsorship and web banners on our website, drive clients directly to your company. The Lead Generator Program is set to drive Better Homes' property consultants to refer clients to your services and products in exchange for an agreed referral fee.

Can I get exclusive presence in the Directory? 

We do not offer exclusive presence in the Directory, as our clients shop around for different services within our partner network. However, you can create a unique presence on bhomes.com by offering preferential offers to Better Homes’ clients.

How does a web banner work? 

Web banners are located in strategic positions across bhomes.com. The cost of designing the banner is included in the package cost. A package of 25,000 web banner impressions (on a banner rotation network) can be distributed at up to two locations in any of the 17 locations across bhomes.com. Partners will be notified as and when their banner impressions expire. Additional banner packages can be purchased at anytime through out the program.

All designs will be submitted to the Partner for approval. Partners can provide their own designs as well. Changes to banner designs will be made be at a charge of AED 250 (per design) thereafter. 

How can I view responses to my web banners?

Banner statistics can be viewed via our Ad Manager software.
