Arabian Ranches is one of Dubai’s most sought-after residential communities and is strategically located on Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. The main attractions include the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and Dubai Equestrian Centre and Polo Club – which have restaurants, picnic terraces, pools and spas. Each neighbourhood has a community swimming pool, dedicated barbecue area, tennis and basketball courts as well as lovely landscaped parks and footpaths. A village community centre boasts more
than 20 retail outlets, cafés and restaurants. Vast open spaces and bicycle trails are other key features. Educational institutions and healthcare centres add to the integrated lifestyle – Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS) is a respected primary and secondary school and is located within Arabian Ranches. Families, without a doubt. Arabian Ranches meets the demand for high-quality family homes and also offers that community feel, where you can get to know your neighbours and enjoy community activities together. Meet the neighbours
Ashley Reacher has lived in a four-bedroom villa in the Hattan neighbourhood for seven years, with her husband.
We moved to Arabian Ranches when the kids were still living with us as the area had everything we wanted in terms of shops, sports facilities and schools. The kids were able to go to a good school nearby, Jumeirah English Speaking School, and stay there for college when they turned 16. Now one is at university in England and the other works abroad, but they both come back for holidays. They feel as if this is their childhood home and they love the area so we don’t want to move. My husband and I regularly use the community centre for shopping and eating out and the clubhouse for dinners and catching up with friends. We love walking around outside when it’s cool as the area is very pretty and peaceful.
