The challenge for this project lied in product differentiation, branding it effectively and launching it for the right market segment in order to reach the target audience.

Our Research and Analysis

A detailed competitor and SWOT analysis was conducted and recommendations were made based on the research carried out for all areas of competition.

Our Plan

The first step was to create awareness about the project and the amenities it offered, expand the customer base, and build investor loyalty. Initially, no advertising campaign was enacted. A radio campaign was created in English and Hindi for the Indian market.

The Result

The project met with remarkable success. It was one of the few projects that the division sold without a substantial marketing budget in place. The client, seeing the fantastic sales figures, decided to cancel the India launch and concentrate efforts locally. As promised by the developer, construction started on time which also helped consultants convince clients to buy in to the project.
