The lease is subjected to renewal annually for as long as both parties agree on the same.
How would my tenant pay the rent?

The rent is paid in full, in advance, by one cheque. However, your tenant can pay by two or three cheques, on your approval.
Does my tenant pay a security deposit?

Yes and the same is refundable at the end of the tenancy agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy contract.
Can my tenant alter the structure of my property?

No, the tenant is not allowed to make changes without express permission from the landlord.
Can I increase the rent, next year?

According to the latest decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the rent cannot be increased beyond 7% of the annual rent. This applies to all contracts renewed in 2007, on the condition that no increase was made on that particular property in 2006.
What is the rental yield that I can expect?
