1986 – Linda Mahoney starts Better Homes, leasing residential property to expats in Jumeirah, from her living room

1987 – Better Homes opens its first office on the Beach Road next to the Zoo

1992 – The Property Management division opens

1993 – The Commercial division opens

1997 - The first company logo is unvieled

2002

Freehold property is introduced in Dubai; the Sales division is established
Plus, bhomes.com, the corporate website, is launched

2004 – The Dubai Better Homes magazine hits the stands

2005

Short-term Rentals opens under Property Management
The 1st fleet of branded cars is launched

2006 – Opens first office outside of the UAE in Saudi Arabia

2007 - Better Homes rebrands unvieling a whole new corporate identity and its now signature blue and magenta logo

2008 – The Better Commercial sub-brand is created

2009

A series of offices are opened in India, Jordan, Oman, Qatar and the UK
An alliance with Better Homes in the United States is established

2010

Releases m.bhomes.com, site designed for mobile users
The Abu Dhabi Better Homes magazine hits the stands
Better Homes opens its doors to franchising in the UAE

2011 – Better Homes launches in Lebanon
