Better Homes Property Management was founded in 1992 to meet the needs of our clients’ growing property portfolios. Today, we offer a full property management service employing upwards of 75 people, taking care of properties across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and beyond, giving peace of mind to thousands of landlords and tenants.

The key to our success is in offering a bespoke service recognising that no two properties are the same and each client has their own particular needs and requirements. Property supervisors are allocated personal responsibility for properties under our care to ensure consistency of service.
Managed units are given access to our team of leasing agents and to our Marketing Department who offer visibility on multiple forms of broadcast media and through our website, which receives more than 24,000 page views every day. We also screen potential new tenants, collect rent, carry out maintenance and organise contract renewals, allowing landlords to enjoy the benefit of their investment rather than the hassle; while our tenants can also enjoy professionally managed, maintained properties and quality service.
