Agency Fee

Transfer Fees


Developer administration fees and Land Department purchase registration fee will always apply and normally not exceed 2.5% of the sale amount. Additional finance charges may apply if you are financing the purchase. Please check with your financial institution for more information.

Documents Required


By a developer
  • Passports for all Buyers 

By a company
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Board Resolution
  • Power of Attorney 

By an overseas company
  • All of the above must be attested by the UAE Embassy.
