Manager International Sales
- Minimum Job Requirements:
- Ideally an MBA or University degree in Economics or International Marketing
- Extensive understanding of web marketing and IT
- Overseas Property Sales experience of 5 years
- Sales Team Management experience of 3 years or more
- Knowledge of emerging marketing
- Project/Development Management skills and experience
General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of few overseas markets, laws, regulations, methods, and techniques
- Comprehensive experience in dealing with local brokers and developers
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to use independent judgment and manage and impart information to a range of clientele
- Basic knowledge of applicable legislation, standards, policies, and procedures within specialty areas (countries)
- Interpersonal and selling skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse community
- Ability to negotiate and manage sales arrangements
- Ability to conduct market research
- Ability to conduct basic ROI studies
