What do businesses look for in a commercial address?

Our clients look for well-managed buildings with easy access, ample parking, and good facilities for their employees and visitors. With so many new business towers now online, there’s a trend towards high rises, though this depends on the need of the business.

It’s always a trade-off between location and cost, because size and scalability are just as important as where you are. We have a vast range of commercial offerings, from smaller offices for up to 10 staff all the way up to entire floors or multiple floors.

What kind of leasing arrangements can I expect?

Leases are generally set for a minimum of one year and are renewable. Larger companies prefer to sign long term leases which would typically include an annual increment so they can plan ahead and be secured for up to 5 or 10 years.
