Amelia Sykes

Group Head of Recruitment
Amelia started her career in real estate in the south of England in 2011. She initially worked in sales for a leading real estate agency and following this she changed her career path to join the sales team for a national developer where she worked for four years.

In 2017 Amelia decided to take the leap and relocate to Dubai to work for Betterhomes. She now heads up the recruitment team here, where she recruits talent globally to join the Betterhomes family.

Outside of work, Amelia loves to make the most of Dubai's sunny climate with regular beach visits and pool days.
