From the UK, Tinicia started her management career in banking. After 8 years in the corporate environment, she decided to move to Dubai for the opportunity to start her career as a real estate agent. After being headhunted by Betterhomes to join the team as a Business Development Manager, Tinicia worked within departments such as Short Term Rentals and Property Management working on business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients. As time progressed an opportunity arose for Tinicia to move into brokerage where she was able to apply her knowledge and experience to a Training and Development Manager to guide the new starters in their careers. After the success of the training program, her step back into brokerage excited her to support the teams further by taking the opportunity for the Director of Leasing and Short Term Rentals. In 2022 Tinicia used her extensive experience in management, business development, and training to self-study for her CIPD qualification to make the move and transition into the field of Human Resources (HR). Recognising her aptitude for guiding individuals through their professional journeys, Tinicia pursued a career shift that aligned more closely with her passion for fostering talent and organizational development. In her current role as HR Director, Tinicia leverages her strategic mindset and people-oriented approach to drive organisational growth and cultivate a positive workplace culture. She is committed to implementing HR best practices, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the professional development of every member of the team.
