Arvinder has been advising his clients on developing their residential, commercial and industrial real estate portfolios in Dubai for almost ten years. Fluent in English, Farsi and Hindi, he can guide his clients through the real estate purchase and sale process with ease and thorough understanding of the rules, regulations and legal framework. His work includes advising on the sale and purchase of apartments, villas, offices, warehouses and industrial spaces from developers and secondary market.
He started his career in real estate as a Project Manager, assisting on exclusive projects direct from developers and training their sales team to sell the units. This included designing the sales strategy and go-to-market plan. Due to changing market conditions, he was then promoted to Land, Plots and Acquisitions Manager, assisting in sales of commercial and residential plots. Part of this role included assisting developers with the execution, completion and subsequent sale of their projects in Dubai.
