Manqing Teng

Her name is Manqing Teng, but most people knew her as Lila. She is originally from China, where she started her real estate career as a luxury property consultant in Shanghai. Working with high-end clients taught her that buying or selling a home is never just about the property—it's about trust, honest advice, and understanding what really matters to each client. She's been living in Abu Dhabi for nearly two years, and the more she learns about this city, the more she enjoys helping people find the right place to call home or make a smart investment. Before moving here, she worked as a single-agent representative in Shanghai, an experience that shaped the way she works today. Lila always believed that her job is to put her clients' interests first. She never want anyone to feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, she focuses on giving honest advice, sharing real market insights, and helping her clients understand all of their options. She believe that when you genuinely do what's right for your clients, success naturally follows. Whether you're buying your first home, investing, selling, or renting, her goal is to help you make informed decisions with confidence. Sometimes that means moving quickly, and sometimes it means waiting for a better opportunity. Every client has different goals, and she believes the right decision is always the one that works best for them—not for her. Lila doesn't believe in simply selling properties—she believes in helping people make the right property decisions. Whether you're a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant, you can count on her to be there whenever you need advice or support. To her, that's more than good service; it's a commitment built on honesty, responsibility, and professionalism.
