Our team of dedicated professionals has an extensive knowledge of the local market and as part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process within our real estate company in Dubai. This includes training and mentoring new brokers in the role, and helping the branch achieve their market share objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Residential Leasing Consultants
• Ensure the team is promptly and professionally responding to enquiries, adhering to all company and RERA policies and regulations, and adopting the CRM and other technologies.
• Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to make informed pricing and marketing decisions and educate the team on the same.
• Maintain a personal client base and continue to be an active broker within the market.
• Lead, motivate and coach the leasing team to achieve their targets. Help hire and retain brokers to ensure headcount targets are achieved.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months Real Estate experience in leasing in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including current rental rates, legal regulations, and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
