The Listing Administrator will be working closely with the Admin Team Leaders and Branch Managers/directors. They are responsible and accountable for, uploading and managing the listings for each of the branches across all portals.

Reporting to the Branch Director/Administration Manager, the Listing Administrator will play a critical role in helping the Company and the Residential department achieve its strategic online objectives along with ensuring maximum exposure and marketing to generate leads.

Job scope

The Listing Administrator is responsible for maintaining the highest quality of attention to details and communication while actively supporting Betterhomes Residential Sales & Leasing Consultants in ensuring their listings are active and verified. To be successful you must develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments/staff and understand the branch requirements in detail. Other responsibilties include, but are not limited to:

  • Upload Listings to CRM
  • Move listings from one owner (broker) to another if there wasn't an action in date
  • Update and verify contact details for owners
  • Publish listings
  • Do verifications for all brokers
  • Change listing prices (would have to add evidence to keep the listings verified)
  • Edit photos if needed
  • Withdraw listings and remove from portals when no longer available
  • Prepare reports on all portal’s verifications
  • Achieve results within a timely manner

Required competencies

  • Post-secondary education with over 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations of UAE real estate industry an advantage
  • Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • High attention to detail, good time management and multitasking skills
