Mobile Product Manager (Dubai)

Betterhomes is looking for a Mobile Product Manager to drive the development of our mobile app, working closely with the Tech Team and the different stakeholders from the business, marketing, design, and customer service side. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and several years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features and functionalities for our existing mobile app, and any other future app of the Betterhomes Group.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate those into user journeys, specifications, and functional documents.
• Design wireframes and prototypes, and communicate with the Design Team to translate those into actual app designs.
• Communicate with the Tech Team to develop the different features and functionalities.
• Communicate with the Marketing Team for any app promotion campaigns.
• Act as the project manager to ensure everyone is aligned and that deadlines are met by the different teams.
• Track and analyze key metrics like active users, churn rate, retention rate, average user session, and engagement. Set targets and drive actions to improve them.
• Constantly gather user feedback and organize user testing sessions.
• Work to improve user journeys and the UX/UI of the app. Identify gaps and problems to solve for the different user types.
• Constantly evaluate similar products as a source for new feature ideas.

Requirements

• Passion for mobile apps is a must.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager for mobile apps.
• Certified Product Manager by a renowned entity.
• Knowledge of the best UX/UI practices for mobile apps.
• Understanding the tech basics of Android and iOS app development.
• Knowledge of mobile app analytics solutions such as Google Analytics, or Mix Panel.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry would be an advantage.
