She values professional integrity, positivity, and diligence in every aspect of her work. Maddy made the move to Dubai from the UK in 2023, transitioning from the construction industry to real estate. She currently serves as a leasing consultant at Betterhomes Marina Office, specialising in Greens and Views, Bluewaters Island, and Palm Jumeirah.

Maddy's volunteer work across the world has honed her ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and with varying requirements. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading, and is currently working on mastering the Spanish language.
