Pasquin Makazeh Ngocha is a bilingual real estate professional from Cameroon, fluent in English and French. With a background in sales, customer service, and nonprofit leadership, he brings strong client-focused skills and deep market knowledge. Since joining Betterhomes in 2022, he has specialised in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), where he was named Top Transacting Leasing Broker at the Motor City office. Now focused on sales, he also mentors new agents and continues to grow his presence in the Dubai property market.

He is also the Founder of Better World Charity (BWC), a nonprofit organisation established in 2019. BWC leads initiatives across education, healthcare, and sustainable development in multiple countries, reflecting Pasquin’s deep commitment to community empowerment and global impact.
