What Are Off-Plan Apartments?

An off-plan apartment is a property sold before its construction is completed—or in many cases, before it has even begun! Buyers purchase these properties directly from developers at a pre-construction stage, often at attractive prices compared to ready-to-move-in units.

Popular in cities like Abu Dhabi and Dubai, off-plan properties allow buyers to secure premium apartments with flexible payment plans. They offer the chance to essentially "customize your future," allowing for input into design elements, all while investing in a valuable and growing market.
