Bluewaters, an upcoming project on JBR, will feature the much-anticipated Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest Ferris Wheel standing at 210 meters. Once complete, this is expected to attract more than three million visitors a year.

"Living by the beach is what first attracted us to JBR, as well as being near to friends in Dubai Marina. There’s always plenty to do here, from paddle boarding to watching films in the outdoor cinema, or simply catching up with friends over a coffee – with a nice view guaranteed. Since the opening of Beachfront Mall, we’re spoilt for choice with cafés and restaurants – even more so than before. The shopping along The Walk is great, and the hotels have fantastic spas, beach resorts and dining. The only downside is the amount of traffic that passes through – but that just goes to show how popular it is here."
