We are receiving a lot of updates from the key developers of Abu Dhabi, from the continuous release of new projects to the handover of finished homes, it demonstrates the positive movement in Abu Dhabi. We are also seeing an increase in demand for properties in Abu Dhabi, primarily from cash and bank-financed end-users, which is a good sign that the market is recovering.”
