Examples include Queue Point in Dubailand which offers a 20 percent down payment, 80 percent on completion and monthly payment plans as low as AED 3,000 per month. Emaar is offering strong long-term investment offers in Creek Harbour, an up and coming area. Or consider, MAG 5 Boulevard – Dubai South, for which Investors are being offered attractive terms such as a 20 percent down payment and the AED 6,500 per month offer.
