What is Dubai's Top 50 Homes?

Dubai's Top 50 Homes is a juried awards ceremony celebrating creative achievements in architecture and interior design.

We invited homeowners, interior designers and architects to nominate their homes or design projects in Dubai for this prestigious competition. 

We were inundated with hundreds of nominations of breathtaking homes from all across Dubai. From stunning Downtown penthouses to beachside Palm Jumeirah mansions to serene Arabian Ranches villas. 

Our panel of renowned judges have now shortlisted the top 50 homes. These incredible homes will be in with the chance of winning a variety of design category awards, including best overall home, best kitchen and best entertainment area. The winners will be announced at a gala awards ceremony in May 2023. 

Dubai's Top 50 Homes People's Choice Awards

Whilst the design category awards are being judged by a panel of industry experts, we wanted to give the people of Dubai, the UAE and the world the opportunity to choose their favourite home.

The Dubai's Top 50 Homes People's Choice Award will be given to the home which receives the most votes on our Top 50 Homes voting platform. 

How to vote

All votes must be submitted via Dubai's Top 50 Homes website by Midday on 10th April. 

Simply browse through all the homes and once you've found your favourite, click Vote Now. You will be asked to enter your name and email address before you can submit your vote. This information is collected for verification purposes only and will NOT be used for marketing or shared with third parties. 

Can't decide which home is your favourite? 

No problem, whilst you can only vote for each home once, you can vote for multiple properties.
