Executive Towers is a 12-tower mixed-use development in Business Bay, completed in 2009 by Dubai Properties. It includes 1,799 homes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and podium villas.

The towers are connected by a three-storey podium that includes Bay Avenue Mall. Designed by WS Atkins & Partners, with DAR Consult as architectural consultant, Executive Towers was one of the first major developments completed in Business Bay.

About the developer behind Executive Towers

Executive Towers was developed by Dubai Properties, one of Dubai’s established master developers. The company has been active in the residential property market for more than 20 years, with projects across Jumeirah Beach Residence, Business Bay, Dubailand and Al Jaddaf Waterfront.

Its portfolio includes well-known communities such as Mudon, Villanova and Remraam, alongside newer Dubai Properties off-plan projects.

Executive Towers was one of Dubai Properties’ earliest large-scale developments. Construction began in 2005, and the project was completed in 2009, making it one of the first major developments to shape Business Bay as a mixed-use residential and commercial district.
