Dubai Festival City is the mega construction projects of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate AFGRE spread over the area of 1300 acres, which was built for multi-uses. Primary construction work was started in 2003 with future plan to complete the whole project in 12 years. Advertising campaigns marketed this project as a city-within-a-city.
